Help keep my eggs alive. ;__; [link]

I need more female characters. I really, really do but I am utter phail when it comes to drawing them/making them decent. I put a lot of work into my guys and it's about time I turned the same favour to some chickies.

That said, this is where I need help. A lot of it. I cannot design a good female character to save my life. I need some suggestions tossed my way. Hair-do, height, build, attitude, etc.

I want, at least, four but I will take more. Thanks so much for helping me, dudes.
