Wow, I dug deep into the vault of old characters to pull this guy out, I haven't drawn him in two or three years.
He's part of an old resistance/mercenary/something type group and really good friends with Icy. He goes by Rebirth (group name is Rising Phoenix, durr, I'm creative) but I don't recall his real name. I'll prolly make up a new one for him.
Also, I swear that big sheet of paper is supposed to be blueprints or something, not blank.
